Control
You can control your thinking, if
you take the time to become aware of it and assume responsibility for it.
You can control the beliefs you cling to
and the way you see yourself.
You can control what you imagine and the way you want the future to unfold.
You
can control the goals you set that are important to you and the way you go about achieving them.
You can control the
way you allocate your time and the way you spend your day.
You can control the things you eat and the exercise you
engage in.
You can control who you associate with and the topics of your conversation.
You can control the environment
you learn and live in, and the people, places, and things that influence your thinking and behavior.
You can control
your response to situations and circumstances, the joy or sadness, the ecstasy or agony, of all your efforts.
To a
very real extent, you are master of your fate.
